Privacy Policy
Intlex Technologies, Inc. (“Intlex”, “we”, “us”), headquartered in the Greater Boston Area, United States, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through intlextech.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you send the contact form we collect what you enter: name, company, work email, phone number if you give one, the topic and your message. If you email us, we receive what you send, including any CV or documents. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to run and secure the website.
How we use it
To reply to you, arrange conversations, evaluate applications and manage any business relationship that follows. Our legal bases are your consent, given on the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to business inquiries. We do not sell personal information or use it for automated decisions.
Service providers
Form submissions reach us through Formspree, a form-processing service that handles your submission on our behalf. Our hosting provider processes server logs. Both act as processors under contract. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where information from the EU, UK or other regions with transfer rules is transferred, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and fonts are served from our own server. If we add analytics, we will ask for consent where required and update this policy.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to reply and to manage any resulting relationship, and review it at least once a year. We protect it with technical and organizational measures appropriate to what we hold.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, to withdraw consent and to complain to a supervisory authority. To use these rights, contact info@intlex.com.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top.
